1. The cylinder (piston) boasts the finest seals structure, designed for reliability and performance. Utilizes high-quality YX type seals.Polyurethane seals, not rubber, offer oil resistance and aging resistance. Our machine features a double seals structure, ensuring easy maintenance and durability.

2. Fully automated control: automatic mold closing, exhausting, heating, stable temperature maintenance, precise timing forvulcanization, automatic alarming, and mold opening for a streamlined operation.

3. Digital display allows for easy setting and monitoring of vulcanizing temperature.

4. Set vulcanizing time directly via the PLC screen. For example, if you need 1-minute heating, just set it, and the machine will alert and open the mold automatically.

5. Pillars crafted from top-grade #45 steel, enhanced through quenching and tempering for superior hardness, wear resistance, and durability.

6. The top beam and bottom plate boast high-quality Q-235A ductile iron construction, processed for stress elimination and deformation prevention through artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment.

7. Plunger made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a high hardness, wear-resistant surface. Chilled layer depth is 8-15mm with HRC 60-70 hardness, ensuring long-lasting performance.
