1. The roller is constructed of alloy chilled cast iron, characterized by a hard and wear-resistant surface. The surface hardness ranges from HRC68-75.

2. The roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, offering smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and extended lifespan.

3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, ensuring simplicity in operation.

4. The machine is equipped with an overloading protection device to safeguard the main components from damage.

5. Featuring a single drive type transmission structure, the machine utilizes a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage to the main parts due to overloads in the transmission section.

6. The base is an integral type with a closed transmission mode, enhancing safety and ease of use.

7. Equipped with an emergency button and pulling rope as safety devices.

8. The machine is fitted with four sets of lubrication devices, suitable for grease lubrication.
