1. The cylinder (piston) features a top-notch sealing structure, designed for reliability and efficiency. The YX type seals are of superior quality.Our machine utilizes polyurethane seals, known for their oil resistance and aging resistance. The double seals structure is easy to replace and maintain.

2. Fully automated functions: mold closing, air exhaustion, heating, temperature stabilization, timing for vulcanization, alarming, and mold opening.All these processes are streamlined for optimal productivity and safety.

3. Digital display allows easy setting and monitoring of vulcanizing temperature for precise control.

4. Set vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen with ease. For example, setting it to 1 minute will trigger an alarm and automatic mold opening upon completion.

5. Pillar crafted from #45 steel offers enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability, thanks to quenching and tempering.

6. Top beam and bottom plate are fabricated from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron, processed with artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and avoid deformation.

7. Plunger made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel with high hardness and wear resistance. A chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70 ensures long-lasting performance.

8. Key hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
