Machine Feature

1. The pneumatic control system, elegantly governed by a PLC instruction, utilizes a bi-directional air cylinder to seamlessly elevate or lower the ram. In scenarios of overload within the mixing chamber, the top ram ingeniously lifts automatically or can be manually adjusted if necessary, ensuring the motor is safeguarded from overloading mishaps.

2. The tilting mechanism, comprised of a robust brake motor, sophisticated cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm and worm gear, empowers the mixing chamber to tilt gracefully by 140 degrees around the front rotor, enhancing operational fluidity.

3. With precision engineering, the rotor shaft's wing body and corners are expertly welded with wear-resistant alloy. The rotor shaft surface, along with the mixing chamber's inner walls and upper ram surface, are meticulously hardened or polished, plated with hard chrome, or welded with wear-resistant alloy, rendering them remarkably wear and corrosion-resistant.

4. The rotor shaft boasts an integral structure with the rotor wing body masterfully welded onto the bored shaft, significantly boosting the rotor's strength and stiffness. The inner cavity of the rotor wing body accommodates cooling water or heating steam, enhancing versatility.

5. The mixing chamber features an innovative jacket-type hollow structure. The upper ram, also hollow, expands the cooling or heating area, substantially improving temperature control and effectivity.

6. The main driving system is a powerhouse, comprising a robust main motor, reducer, and connecting gearbox. It achieves odd-speed face-to-face rotation of the rotors, ensuring superior mixing performance.

7. The electrical control system, featuring an advanced imported PLC device, incorporates electronic components that are either imported or developed through cutting-edge technology. This ensures unparalleled reliability and optimal performance of the system.
