1. The cylinder (piston) is designed with the highest quality seals structure. The YX type seals are reliable and provide excellent oil resistance and aging resistance.Utilizes polyurethane seals rather than rubber seals, enabling superior durability. The double seals structure ensures easy maintenance and protection.

2. Fully automated control systems: automatic mold closing, automatic air exhaust, automatic heating with stable temperature maintenance, and precise timing for vulcanization.Automatic alarming and mold opening functions provide added convenience and safety during use.

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be precisely set and displayed on the digital interface for accurate monitoring.

4. Vulcanizing time is easily set on the PLC screen. For instance, if a 1-minute heating is required, simply set the time and the machine will alarm and automatically open the mold when completed.

5. The pillar is constructed from high-quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a surface with high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70 ensure a long lifespan.

8. Major hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, offering superior quality over local brands.
