1. The cylinder (piston) employs an optimal seal structure with a thoughtful design for dependable functionality. The high-quality YX-type seals ensure top-tier performance.Utilizes durable polyurethane seals that resist oil and aging, featuring a double-seal structure for easy maintenance and enhanced protection.

2. Offers comprehensive automatic control: mold closing, exhausting, heating with stable temperature maintenance, and precise timing forvulcanization. Includes automatic alarming and mold opening functionalities.

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be conveniently set and displayed on the digital screen.

4. Vulcanizing time is adjustable via the PLC screen. Simple direct setting for cycles, with automatic alarms and mold opening upon completion.

5. Constructed using high-quality #45 steel pillars, enhanced through quenching and tempering for superior hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, these components undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger, made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasts high surface hardness and wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness of HRC 60-70, it ensures extended longevity.

8. The primary hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
