3. The vulcanizing temperature can be effortlessly set and displayed on the digital panel, providing users with real-time accuracy and control.

4. With the ability to set vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen, simply input your desired duration, such as 1 minute. Upon reaching the set time, the machine will alert you and automatically open the mold, optimizing your processes.

5. The pillar, crafted from premium #45 steel, undergoes quenching and tempering to significantly enhance hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance, ensuring robust and reliable performance.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded using high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation, guaranteeing structural integrity.

7. The plunger is constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, offering superior hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth reaches 8-15mm with a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long-lasting service life.
