1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates an optimal seal structure, featuring high-quality YX type polyurethane seals that resist oil and aging. The dual-seal design ensures easy maintenance and enhanced protection.

2. Advanced automatic controls streamline operations: auto mold closing, exhausting, heating with stable temperature maintenance, timing for secure vulcanization, automatic alarms, and mold opening.vulcanization, automatic alarms, and mold opening, delivering a fully automated and efficient process.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is digitally displayed and adjustable, ensuring precise thermal control.

4. Set vulcanizing time effortlessly on the PLC screen. For instance, simply set 1 minute, and the machine will alarm and automatically open the mold upon completion.

5. The pillar, crafted from premium #45 steel, undergoes quenching and tempering for exceptional hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are constructed from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron, processed through artificial vibration or high-temperature aging to eliminate stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger, made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasts high hardness and wear resistance with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring long-lasting durability.
