Featuring a bi-directional air cylinder, it facilitates the effortless movement of the ram, ascending or descending smoothly. In instances of potential overload within the mixing chamber, the top ram gracefully elevates-automatically or manually-safeguarding the motor from undue stress and ensuring optimal performance.


2. The ingenious tilting mechanism incorporates a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and a TP-type worm and worm gear configuration. This allows the mixing chamber to effortlessly tilt up to 140 degrees around the front rotor, ensuring efficient unloading and maintenance access.

3. The rotor shaft is expertly crafted with welded wear-resistant alloy on the wing body top and corners. The surfaces of the rotor shaft, mixing chamber inner wall, upper ram, and other stock-contact surfaces are meticulously hardened, polished, and plated with hard chrome or fortified with wear-resistant alloy, offering unparalleled durability against wear and corrosion.

4. The rotor shaft, boasting an integral structure with welded rotor wing bodies on a bored shaft, enhances both strength and rigidity. The inner wing body cavity of the rotor is adaptable, allowing for the circulation of cooling water or heating steam, optimizing thermal management.

5. The mixing chamber features a sophisticated jacket-type hollow structure. The upper ram is designed as a hollow construct, amplifying the cooling or heating surface area, thereby significantly enhancing temperature control and efficiency.

6. At the heart of our main driving system lies a powerful main motor, accompanied by a high-performance reducer and connecting gearbox. This arrangement achieves precise odd-speed, face-to-face rotor rotation, ensuring consistent mixing prowess and reliability.
