1. The cylinder (piston) employs an optimal seal structure, designed for reliability and functionality. The seals feature the top-grade YX type for superb quality.Polyurethane seals are utilized instead of rubber seals, offering resistance to oil and aging. Our machines incorporate a dual-seal structure for easy maintenance and enhanced protection.

2. Automatic Control: Enjoy fully automated operations, including mold closing, air exhaust, temperature stability, and precise timing for seamless vulcanization.Vulcanization is automated with timely alerts, ensuring smooth operations from mold opening to completion.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is adjustable and displayed digitally, offering precise control.

4. Set vulcanizing time easily on the PLC screen. For instance, if a 1-minute duration is required, set it directly, and the machine will alert and open the mold automatically upon completion.

5. The pillar is crafted from high-quality #45 steel, enhancing hardness, wear, and abrasive resistance through quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded using Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to remove internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a hardened surface for durability. The chilled layer depth ranges from 8-15mm with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long service life.

8. The primary hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
