The seal components are premium YX-type polyurethane seals, known for their exceptional resistance to oil and aging. Our hydraulic press employs a dual seal structure, ensuring ease of maintenance and enhanced protection.

5. Set your vulcanization time directly on the PLC screen. For instance, if one minute of heating and vulcanization is desired, simply input this duration, and the machine will alert you and automatically open the mold upon completion.

6. Our pillars are crafted from high-quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing hardness, wear, and abrasive resistance through a meticulous quenching and tempering process.

7. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded using top-tier Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, the components undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to effectively eliminate internal stress and prevent any deformation.

8. The plunger features superior LG-P cold hard alloy steel, with a surface hardness and wear resistance that promises longevity. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a durable life span.
