1. The cylinder (piston) employs a top-tier seal structure, meticulously designed to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The sealing components boast premium quality YX-type polyurethane seals, showcasing distinct advantages over conventional rubber seals.These polyurethane seals are exemplary in their oil resistance and durability against aging. Our machine features a robust double-seal structure, simplifying maintenance, ensuring easy replacement, and providing enhanced protection.

2. Automatic Control: Experience seamless automation with features like automatic mold closing, venting, heating, and temperature stabilization. The system intuitively manages timing for vulcanization, delivering uninterrupted efficiency and precision. 3. The vulcanizing temperature is adjustable and displayed on a digital interface, providing clear and precise control over the process.

5. The pillar, crafted from superior #45 steel, undergoes quenching and tempering to significantly boost its hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance, ensuring longevity and robustness.

6. The structural integrity of the top beam and bottom plate is fortified by welding high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificially induced vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to alleviate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. Constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, the plunger features a highly hardened, wear-resistant surface. The chilled layer's depth ranges from 8-15mm, with hardness rated at HRC 60-70, guaranteeing exceptional durability and extended lifespan.
