1. The rollers are crafted from high-quality alloy chilled cast iron, offering exceptional hardness (HRC68-75) and wear resistance.


2. The roller ends are supported by ball bearing bushes, ensuring smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and extended lifespan.


3. Manual control of the roll gap adjustment makes operation straightforward and user-friendly.


4. An overloading protection device is included to safeguard main components from damage.


5. The machine utilizes a single-drive transmission structure with a nylon pin coupling, protecting key parts from overload-induced damage.


6. The base is integral and the transmission mode is closed, ensuring safety and ease of use.


7. Safety is enhanced with the installation of an emergency button and pulling rope.


8. Four sets of lubrication devices are installed, suitable for grease lubrication.
