Machine Feature


1. The pneumatic control system, governed by precise PLC instructions, features a bi-directional air cylinder that intuitively maneuvers the ram either upwards or downwards. In events of potential overload within the mixing chamber, the top ram can automatically or manually elevate as necessary, thereby safeguarding the motor from any overload complications.


2. The tilting mechanism is a robust assembly comprising a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm and worm gear. This sophisticated setup enables the mixing chamber to tilt by an exact 140 degrees around the front rotor, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and user convenience.

3. The rotor shaft wing body, along with the rotor shaft surface, mixing chamber inner wall, and upper ram surface, is enhanced with wear-resistant alloy welding. These surfaces are meticulously hardened, polished, and plated with hard chrome, rendering them exceptionally wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant for prolonged durability and performance.

4. Featuring an integral structure, the rotor shaft has a rotor wing body welded directly onto the bored shaft, which significantly enhances the rotor's overall strength and stiffness. The inner wing body cavity of the rotor is designed to accommodate cooling water or heating steam, facilitating effective thermal management.

5. The mixing chamber boasts a jacket-type hollow structure, while the upper ram is hollowed to extend the cooling or heating surfaces, optimizing temperature control and enhancing the system's overall thermal efficiency.

6. At the heart of the main driving system is a powerful main motor, complemented by a reducer and connecting gearbox. This configuration achieves odd-speed, face-to-face rotor rotation, delivering consistent and reliable mixing performance.

7. The electrical control system is fortified with a state-of-the-art imported PLC device. All electronic components are either imported or developed with cutting-edge technology, significantly boosting the system's reliability and operational excellence.
