1. Our cylinder piston utilizes premium seal structures with a well-thought-out design for unmatched reliability. Featuring high-quality YX-type polyurethane seals, these components are oil, aging, and wear-resistant.With a double-seals structure, our machine guarantees easy maintenance and superior protection against leaks.

2. Enjoy full automation: automatic mold closing, air exhaust, precise heating, stable temperature control, and accurate vulcanization timing, complete with automatic alarms and mold opening features.Effortlessly manage your vulcanization process with automated systems that handle every step, from heating to mold opening.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is digitally displayed and easily adjustable, providing precise temperature control.

4. Set your desired vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen. For instance, if you set it for 1 minute, the machine will alert you once the time is up and open the mold automatically.

5. The pillar is constructed from premium #45 steel, significantly enhanced for hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering processes.

6. Both the top beam and bottom plate are crafted from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, these components undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a high-hardness surface with an 8-15mm chilled layer depth and HRC 60-70 hardness, ensuring a long lifespan.

8. Key hydraulic components are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality and performance over local brands.
