1. The cylinder (piston) boasts a superior seals structure, featuring high-quality YX type polyurethane seals that resist oil and aging. Our double seals structure is easy to replace and maintain, ensuring long-term reliability.
2. Full automation: automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, and temperature stabilization, with automatic timing for vulcanization, alarming, mold opening, and more.
3. Digital display for easily setting and monitoring vulcanizing temperatures.
4. Set vulcanizing times directly on the PLC screen. Once the time is reached, an alarm sounds, and the machine automatically opens the mold.
5. High-quality #45 steel pillars, enhanced for hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance through quenching and tempering.
6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from premium Q-235A ductile iron, processed with artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger is made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a high-hardness, wear-resistant surface. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm, with hardness at HRC 60-70 for long-lasting durability.
