1. The cylinder (piston) integrates a state-of-the-art sealing structure, featuring high-quality YX type polyurethane seals, known for oil and aging resistance. The double seals structure allows for easy maintenance and protection.

2. Fully automated operations: including mold closing, exhausting, heating, stable temperature maintenance, timing, and more.Automatic vulcanization, alarming, and mold opening functions streamline your workflow.

3. Vulcanizing temperature can be digitally set and displayed for precise control.

4. Vulcanizing time adjustable via PLC screen; set your desired duration and the machine handles the rest, including automatic alarms and mold opening.

5. Constructed from premium #45 steel, pillars undergo quenching and tempering for enhanced hardness and wear resistance.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they are treated with artificial vibration or high-temperature aging to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. Plunger made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel features a high hardness surface and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm with a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring long-lasting performance.

8. Key hydraulic components are sourced from Taiwan, guaranteeing superior quality over local brands.
