1. The cylinder (piston) features an optimal sealing structure with a superior design for reliable functionality. Utilizing high-quality YX type polyurethane seals, which are resistant to oil and aging, our machine incorporates a double seal structure for easy maintenance and protection.
2. Automatic control system includes features such as automatic mold closing, exhausting, heating, and maintaining stable temperature, along with automatic timing for the entire process.Automatic vulcanization, alarming, and mold opening ensure seamless and efficient operations.
3. The vulcanizing temperature is digitally displayed and adjustable, providing precise control over the heating process.
4. Vulcanizing time can be conveniently set via the PLC screen. For instance, set your desired time for 1 minute, and the machine will automatically alarm and open the mold once completed.
5. Constructed with high-quality #45 steel, the pillar boasts enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive resistance, achieved through quenching and tempering.
6. The top beam and bottom plate are fabricated from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a surface with high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring long-lasting performance.
