1. The cylinder (piston) is designed with optimal seals structure, utilizing YX-type polyurethane seals for excellent oil and aging resistance. The double-seals structure offers easy maintenance and superior protection.

2. Comprehensive automatic control including mold closing, air exhaust, heating, and stable temperature maintenance.Automatic functions include vulcanization, alarming, and mold opening for seamless operations.

3. Digitally displayed vulcanizing temperature for precise control and easy monitoring.

4. Vulcanizing time is easily set via the PLC screen. Simply input your desired time, and the machine will automatically alarm and open the mold upon completion.

5. Crafted from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar boasts enhanced hardness and wear resistance due to its quenching and tempering treatment.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are made from durable Q-235A ductile iron and undergo stress-relief processes to prevent deformation.

7. The plunger, manufactured from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, features a surface with high hardness and wear resistance, ensuring a long service life with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70.
